Directions

This ended up very dark from the honey and amount of extract. Very thick yet not heavy. luxiourious mouthfeel. 3 different stages of bitterness from hops wheat and then the honey. quite complex. this beer tricks you into thinking it is a belgian tripple. Be careful this might make your wife mad and your daughter naked.

Ingredients:

* 1 lb gambrinus honey malt
* 9.3 Lbs of wheat malt extract Breiss 65% wheat
* 2 lbs dark magnolia honey
* 2 oz Saaz hops
* 1 oz Amarillo hops
* spring water
* a good wheat yeast
* 1/2 cup honey for priming

OG: 1.100 FG: 1.015
Primary Ferment: 8 days
Secondary Ferment: 2 weeks

Procedure:

Minimash carapils 45 mins. Pour wheatmalt extract and 1 oz saaz. 30 mins 1 oz of saaz. 15 mins add honey, after boil add amarillo and cool, ferment, siphon, secondary ferment, siphon , bottle, wait at least 6 weeks
